These are supplements that mostly deal with factors influencing general health markers like

Taurine

failure.

Dosage:- Take 500-2000mg a day.


Liv 52

Liv 52 DS tablet is a daily health supplement that protects the hepatic parenchyma and stimulates
hepatocellular regeneration to increase the efficiency of the liver. Two tabletsand  of Liv 52 DS can be consumed
twice or thrice a day after meals. Liv. 52 DS Tablet improves digestion and assimilation process,
promotes appetite. It is considered moderately effective.

Melatonin

Melatonin is a hormone secreted in the brain that regulates sleep. Oral ingestion of melatonin may be
used as a sleep aid. It is non-addictive. Irregular sleep patterns are associated with a wide variety of
health problems and premature aging. Melatonin is the hormone used by your body to help you fall
asleep, and thus supplementation is seen as a way to get regular sleep. This is particularly useful for
people who engage in shift work or are jet-lagged.
Other benefits of melatonin include general neuroprotective effects, as melatonin is a powerful
antioxidant. Melatonin also has several anti-cancer properties and is currently being investigated for its
role in fighting breast cancer. It does not appear to have much of an effect on lean mass or body fat, but
it potentially stops your body from gaining more fat. Melatonin supplementation also benefits eye
health, possibly reduces tinnitus, and improves mood (by helping you get better sleep).

Dosage:- Take 5-10mg before sleeping

L Tartrate

It is a diet supplement used to prevent and treat low blood levels of carnitine. It helps the body use
certain chemicals (long-chain fatty acids) for energy and to keep you in good health. Tartrate is also a powerful antioxidant that helps boost recovery and metabolism.

Dosage:-1-2g/ day

Psyllium Husk  (Fibre)

Fiber slows down the release of insulin in the bloodstream and increases the thermogenic cost of food.
It also slows digestion thereby reducing the appetite as well. It is essential for proper digestion and
excretion and is typically supplemented to treat constipation, though it can also be used as an aid
to weight loss by suppressing the appetite.

Dosage: 10g/day before dinner

 6 Multivitamin

The primary role of a multivitamin is to fill nutritional gaps and make sure people get their daily allowance of under-consumed nutrients like vitamins A, C, D, E and K, calcium, magnesium, dietary fiber, choline and potassium.
Dosage:- 2 tablets per day

Fish oil

Fish oil is a rich source of Omega 3 fatty acids, which play a huge role in managing blood sugar, fat
